We’re proud to highlight Dr. Manuel Vico from Unidade Local de Saúde de Viseu Dão-Lafões, who recently brought Portuguese expertise to the World Summit of Pain Medicine Society Leaders in Menorca.


At this gathering of over 300 pain medicine thought leaders, Dr. Vico presented cutting-edge insights on the potential of stem cells in chronic pain management—a conversation at the very frontier of pain science.


Not just a clinician, Dr. Vico is also a professor and a key figure in several national and international pain societies, working to bridge research, practice, and innovation.
